90210 and Tablescapes

Sorry I wasn't delivering the goods on Monday but I have a good excuse ( other than my team winning the Super Bowl :)  Go Ravens!

 I was busy shooting an episode of 90210!

It was so much fun and I can't wait until I get the go ahead to share some pics.

I can tell you that I had an awesome costume and that the cast is lovely and everyone involved is super warm and kind.

I can also tell you that the make-up trailer was very cozy, decorated for Valentines day and they were playing really mellow classic rock. It was all so relaxing that I almost fell asleep getting my hair and make-up done!

Anyhoo, on to other fun things like...Tablescapes!

Creating little vignettes around my house is sort of a pastime. Like golf or hunting...except no one wins and nothing is eaten or killed. Due to this fact, Mark thought the New Yorker cartoon below was hilarious.

The entryway in my living room was feeling like a dead space so I decided to liven it up.

First I painted an accent wall in my living room Draw Your Sword by Dunne Edwards. 

Then I added this little side table which was a total score from the home section of Ross Dress For Less. 

I then dropped in pretty little objects in varying sizes; a drawing that was sent to me by an amaze-balls reader, a geod from Palm Springs, Grace, and this cool vase by artist Klai Brown.
